The property is surrounded by major castles within a 20-minute drive, as well as wine countries as "Azay le Rideau" and "Touraine", for varied and enriching stays for everyone.
Located at 10 minutes from the railway station, 35 minutes from Tours city and 45 minutes from the Tours Val de Loire airport, the property offers a preserved holiday resort in a natural setting near the rivers Indre and Loire.
The Joli Coin, The cottage
Capacity: 4 people. 2 bedrooms. 2 shower rooms with wash-hand basin and toilet pan. Classified 3 stars New Standards.
The set up : a large living room with its bread oven as well as a second large open fireplace. the entrance hall leads to the kitchen passing in front of toilets. On the 1rst floor, 2 bedrooms fitted with a large bed for 2 people for one of them and two single beds for the other one, both with a private bathroom.
Large terrace, garden and car parking on the property. Bicycle shelters. Immediate proximity to a bike track.
Wood and electric heating. All the gear for the baby , in situ on request.
The Vaujoint, The Bed and Breakfast
Capacity: 2 people. 1 bedroom. 1 shower room with wash-hand basin and toilet pan.
The place & equipments : Small independent room with cozy comfort fitted with a 140 cm double bed, two bedside tables, a mini sofa and armchair, small cabinet, 4 drawers dresser. Access to the bathroom thanks to a 3 steps down staircase. Tea and coffee facilities inside the room. WIFI in free. Access with a private outside wooden staircase.

Surrounding
Touraine sheltered the kings of France gardens where the art of good life was cultivated. It spreads through the valleys crossed out by the rivers. What a pleasure to wander through Its forests, its woods and its mosaic of fields planted with wheat, sunflowers, corn and vineyards.
Would you imagine that in our little village of 1800 souls, we have 7 castles and manor houses, all inhabited!
Several neighbouring villages offer some peculiarities such as vintage barges for a wander on the river Loire, basketry, «poires tapées» a special process for canning the local pears in the 20 ies, water mills, hemp cultivation, troglodyte dwellings.
